The staff of the Chamber of Business & Industry of Centre County is dedicated to serving CBICC members and advancing the economic vitality of the region, working to connect businesses, support growth, and deliver the programs and resources that make the Chamber a valuable partner for businesses across Centre County.
The CBICC Board of Directors is composed of prominent Centre County business and industry leaders who are committed to strengthening the region. Through thoughtful counsel, collaborative discussion, and active engagement in the community, board members help shape the strategic direction of the Chamber and ensure the organization remains relevant and impactful.

In this role, Greg’s primary responsibility is to provide effective leadership to the organization and its members in carrying out the Chamber’s mission, directing internal operations and developing external relationships beneficial to business and community advancement.
He oversees the Chamber’s economic-development activity under the banner of the Centre County Industrial Development Corporation/Centre County Economic Development Partnership.
Prior to joining the Chamber, Greg led various business operations during a 25-year career in higher education. He held leadership roles at three major research institutions, including Rutgers University, Penn State University, and most recently at the University of Pittsburgh, where he served as the Senior Vice Chancellor of Business Operations.
Greg is a U.S. Navy veteran who served as an officer in the Civil Engineer Corps. During his tenure, he was the assistant resident officer in charge of construction in Twentynine Palms, California, and the assistant public works officer in Indian Head, Maryland.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State, an MBA from National University, and a Penn State Executive Management Program certificate.
Greg is a Centre County native and a graduate of Bald Eagle Area High School. He and his wife, Erica, reside in State College

Donna provides executive, administrative and development support. Her responsibilities include serving as the liaison to the board of directors and leadership team, coordinating executive outreach and external relations, and overseeing special projects.
She had a 40-year career at Penn State, where she worked in the Finance & Business Office, the Applied Research Laboratory and the College of Engineering.
Donna played a pivotal role in the development and implementation of the Finance & Business strategic plan and was a member of the leadership team. In addition, she served as the assistant secretary of the Board of Trustees, the Corporation for Penn State and the Research Park Management Corporation.
Donna also has extensive experience in small-business management, finance, marketing, and event planning.
Donna graduated from the Wilma Boyd Career School in Pittsburgh and completed the Office Professional Certification at Penn State. She is also a graduate of Leadership Centre County Class of 2012.
Donna has been involved in volunteer work for various charities in Centre County and served as the coordinator of the Olympic Village at the Special Olympics of Pennsylvania alongside her husband, Steve.
She and Steve have two adult daughters, Stacy and Kelly. She enjoys watching college football, golfing, kayaking, walking for exercise, and driving her little sports car.

Todd is an economic-development professional with 20 years of experience dedicated to business growth, attraction and retention. His career focuses on economic strategic planning, business engagement, workforce development, international-business expansion, and community development.
Prior to joining the Chamber, Todd served as Deputy Director for Baltimore County’s Department of Economic and Workforce Development where he oversaw and managed performance operations and execution of the county’s economic development, workforce development and tourism divisions. He also held leadership roles in Baltimore’s city government as director of tax incentive programs and foreign-trade zones.
Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and International Business with minors in Economics and International Studies from Penn State, an MBA from Towson University, and a Certified Global Business Professional certificate.
After graduating from Penn State, Todd spent two years working as an English teacher in Kanazawa, Japan. When he returned to the U.S., Todd served as an International Business Consultant at Saint Francis University Small Business Development Center where he led business trade missions to Australia, Ukraine and Argentina.
Todd loves live music and is an avid skier who also enjoys spending time outdoors kayaking, camping and hiking. He and his wife, Emily, are both Centre County natives and graduates of State College Area High School, and the parents of two daughters.

Melissa Roth serves as Director of Membership for the Chamber of Business & Industry of Centre County, where she leads the Chamber’s member network and oversees initiatives that strengthen engagement, enhance the Chamber’s brand, and support programs, events, and volunteer involvement.
With more than 15 years of professional experience in marketing, branding, and communications, Melissa brings a strong background in strategic marketing, event management, public relations, and graphic design. Her expertise spans communications, business development, advertising, and brand development, providing a comprehensive approach to member engagement and community visibility.
Melissa earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Kutztown University. Outside of work, she enjoys running, hiking, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Benita has over a decade of experience in her field. With a background in event management extending over three years, complemented by nine years of experience in content management and editing, Benita loves working directly with her community.
Hailing from State College, she has enjoyed seeing how the town has changed throughout the years. Benita earned her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Penn State University. She enjoys traveling, reading, trying new things, and spending time with family and friends.

Jules provides daily and strategic public relations and marketing support behind the Chamber’s initiatives. Their role works alongside the rest of the team toward the Chamber’s important mission and goals.
Previously, Jules worked for Boston-based strategic communications firm Issues Management Group where they delivered external and internal communications strategy and execution for clients in diverse industries across Massachusetts.
Jules grew up in Pittsburgh and attended Juniata College, where they graduated with a bachelor of arts in Advocacy Communication in 2021. In their spare time, Jules can be found running, hiking, exploring all Centre County has to offer – including local coffee shops and breweries – and spending quality time with their partner, Hanne, and pup, Nancy Drew.
