After months of strategic planning – including focus groups, interviews, and collaboration with area leaders – the CBICC and partners proudly unveiled Centre County’s Economic Development Strategic Plan in October.

The Plan highlights Centre County’s unique strengths and sets a bold vision for the future, outlining 12 goals and 34 action items in key areas: business retention and expansion, targeted and emerging industries, workforce and education, and Centre County’s built and natural environment.

As the Plan’s initiator and convener, the CBICC will drive its execution, fostering collaboration and ensuring long-term success.
