Alison Martin

Alison joined the Chamber with 20 years of client service, membership and relationship-based experience. In her role with the Chamber, she will be responsible for membership and business development, corporate sponsorships, and the Chamber CRM system.

Prior to joining the Chamber, Alison spent 15 years as the Managing Director of InVested Advisors based in State College. In this position she was part of a team helping to build long-term relationships with clients working with them through their financial journey. In addition to her work with clients, she was the liaison for Compliance, IT, Human Resources and the overall daily office operation.

Alison also held the position of Director of Member Services of The Builders Association of Central PA where she was responsible for recruiting and maintaining membership,
targeting new areas for membership growth as well as developing new services for the membership, including affinity programs and product and service discounts.

She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from The Pennsylvania State University. In May 2023, Alison successfully completed the Management Development Program with The Wharton School of Executive Education. This program included courses to enhance the knowledge and skills to manage people, products, and processes with agility and confidence as well as manage herself, to build trust and create effective communication within organizations.
Alison is a graduate of Leadership Centre County and alumni of the Walt Disney World College Program. She currently volunteers at Centre County PAWS and enjoys the outdoors, especially skiing & spending time at the beach with her two sons.
